Longitudinal cutting lines are widely used in the mechanical processing industry. Although the quality of the longitudinal cutting thread is good, it is still inevitable to encounter malfunctions during use. Check if the hole cover of the longitudinal cutting line is too thin. After tightening the bolts, the contact gap is prone to deformation and oil leakage. The oil tank filtration device is the medium through which hydraulic oil enters the oil tank from the outside of each hydraulic oil tank. Before the hydraulic oil enters the longitudinal cutting line oil tank, it needs to pass through a filtering device. The filtering device is one of the important factors determining the stability of the longitudinal shear line, and attention should be paid to the gasket effect. The gasket between the automatic static components of the longitudinal cutting line serves as a leak proof seal.

5. When the pressure of the rolled workpiece is insufficient and it reaches the end of the steel plate, please reserve a margin to prevent the workpiece from falling and injuring people.
6. During work, it is forbidden to stand on the workpiece or find roundness on the rolled cylinder.
7. When rolling large-diameter cylinders or high data strength workpieces, it is necessary to reduce some dynamic rollers and repeatedly form them. Don't worry when the longitudinal cutting line does not rotate during use. Stop the operation of the longitudinal cutting line first, check which areas have problems, and then take corresponding measures to solve the problems.
Generally, the longitudinal cutting line runs for most of the working time, and during rest, it is necessary to interrupt the oil temperature reduction of the longitudinal cutting line and the cooling effect of each component. We need to analyze the product quality in response to the above issues. Installation of substandard specifications is not likely to result in sealing leakage and even accidents. Valve oil leakage is usually caused by valve blockage or damage, and the solution is to replace the valve. Install the inspection into the cylinder and oil port as soon as possible to ensure that there are no gaps in the sealed longitudinal cutting line. If any are found, they need to be replaced immediately and the failed oil seal should be removed as soon as possible. Many moving parts on the longitudinal cutting line are not installed correctly. Inconsistent position between the shaft and the oil seal blade, and other reasons, can result in the oil being thrown away. Some oil seals may lose their elasticity due to rubber aging after prolonged use, preventing blockage of one-way valves and exhaust valves. Therefore, when the temperature inside the oil tank of the longitudinal cutting line increases, the oil and gas cannot be discharged to the entire space, the pressure inside the oil tank increases, the consumption of lubricating oil increases, and the cycle is shortened. During the maintenance period of the longitudinal cutting line, oil leakage may occur due to uncleaned dirt on the contact surface, improper selection of sealant, reversed sealing direction, and failure to replace seals as soon as possible. Due to the interference of the pressure difference inside and outside the casing, soft seal oil leakage often occurs. Therefore, it is necessary to regularly inspect, clear and clean the hydraulic press.
