Kaiping machine is a mechanical processing method that uses forging machinery to apply pressure to metal billets to obtain forgings with certain mechanical properties, shapes, and sizes. According to the adjustment method and arrangement of the working roller of the Kaiping machine, the structure of the working roller has the following basic forms:
1. The height of each upper roller of the Kaiping machine can be independently adjusted. Each upper roller has a separate bearing seat and tightening adjustment mechanism, ensuring that the height can be adjusted freely. In addition, collective adjustments can usually be made relative to the upper part of the lower moving frame. Higher straightening accuracy can be achieved. However, the structure is complex, so in practice, the number of rollers is generally relatively small.
2. The upper row rollers of the Kaiping machine adjust the height in parallel. The upper row rollers are fixed on the parallel lifting crossbeam and can only be collectively adjusted up and down in parallel, so the reduction of rollers is the same and the structure is relatively simple. However, this adjustment method can only achieve high straightening accuracy with relatively small effective bending deformation, otherwise there will be significant residual curvature. To address the above drawbacks, the upper rollers of the inlet and outlet are usually independently adjustable. This structural scheme is widely used for straightening medium and thick plates.
3. The overall tilt adjustment of the upper roller of the Kaiping machine. The upper row rolling mill is installed on a crossbeam that can be tilted and adjusted, and the bending of the rolled piece gradually decreases from the inlet to the outlet. It can achieve two straightening schemes, large deformation and small deformation, and can obtain higher straightening speed. It is easy to adjust and widely used.
The inclined arrangement of the outlet section of the Kaiping machine increases the large deformation process of the rolled piece in the inlet section and improves the straightening quality. Another way is to arrange it in parallel in the middle and tilt it at both ends, which can not only improve the straightening quality, but also improve the biting and action conditions of reversible straightening.
Kaiping machine is mainly used for calibrating various specifications and cutting into blocks. By utilizing the working principle of multiple rollers, the sheet metal is repeatedly deformed between the upper and lower rollers, eliminating stress and achieving the goal of leveling. Add butter once a month. When someone is inspecting, repairing, or refueling, it is necessary to cut off all power sources. When starting, do not let people get too close to the machine. After leveling, it enters the sizing device through intermediate conveying, correction, and positioning, and is accurately fed to the shearing machine according to the set size. When the set size is reached, the feeding stops and the signal is transmitted to the shearing machine. The shearing machine cuts the sheet metal and drops the cut metal plate onto the hydraulic lifting platform. The lifting platform is controlled by an electrical control system. When the cutting quantity reaches, the production line automatically stops and is controlled by the manual control panel. The finished board output is sent to the packaging process, and the production line can enter the next work cycle.
